We see border communities where families are healthy and strong because they control their own healing and wellness systems.
Everyone has access to culturally grounded healthcare and support, along with good jobs, safe neighborhoods, and clean air and water that support wellbeing. When challenges come, our communities are ready with networks of care built by us, for us.
Our mission is to partner with El Paso families and communities most impacted by health disparities, building collective power through grassroots organizing to create equitable solutions that advance health, well-being, and economic mobility for all.

About Lograr Salud Collective
Founded in 2024, Lograr Salud Collective emerged from a deep commitment to advancing health and social equity in El Paso, Texas. We believe that true health happens when communities have the power to shape their own healing systems and address the root causes that are affect their wellbeing.
Our approach is built on the understanding that lasting change comes from within communities, not from outside them. We work alongside community leaders to develop advocacy strategies that reflect their priorities and lived experiences. Through collaborative partnerships with diverse stakeholders who share our values, we create collective power that can tackle complex challenges affecting border families.
At Lograr Salud, we don't just respond to problems - we prevent them by building community capacity, amplifying resident voices, and creating innovative solutions that emerge from the wisdom and assets already present in El Paso's border communities.
